Website and inquiry notice

Privacy, explained in plain language.

This notice describes how The Royal Line Construction LLC handles information submitted through this website and the related inquiry follow-up process.

Last updated July 24, 2026

What we receive

The contact, project, service or property-preference details you choose to submit, plus limited records needed to operate and protect the form.

Why we use it

To respond to your request, review fit and scope, prepare the next step, maintain the inquiry record and protect the website from misuse.

What you can request

You may ask Royal Line to provide, correct or delete the inquiry information it maintains about you, subject to records it still needs to keep.

01

Who this notice covers

This notice applies to information handled by The Royal Line Construction LLC through theroyallineconstruction.com, its public inquiry forms and direct follow-up about those inquiries. Transaction-specific terms may also apply if a customer later enters a written service agreement or uses a separate hosted checkout.

Royal Line is located at 460 Madison Ave, Albany, NY 12208. Customer visits are by confirmed appointment only.

02

Information we handle

The information depends on the request you choose to make. It may include:

  • Contact information: name, email address, telephone number, ZIP code and preferred reply method.
  • Service-request information: selected service, quantities, product or material details, property type, your relationship to the property, timing, scope notes and preliminary service-area result.
  • Home-project information: project type, property status, model interest, utility or site-access screening answers and other details you provide.
  • Property preferences: rent-or-buy interest, preferred area, home type, bedrooms, budget, timing and notes. Submitting a preference does not create an application, reservation, offer or brokerage relationship.
  • Follow-up records: the inquiry reference, consent record, status, internal follow-up notes and communications about the request.
  • Limited campaign attribution: first-touch UTM source, medium and campaign labels plus the landing-page path, when available. Royal Line does not add the full referring URL, arbitrary query string or IP address to the inquiry record.
  • Later materials you choose to provide: for example, product links, measurements, property details or project photographs requested during scope review.
  • Business and trade-partner interest: company, trade, service-area, experience, insurance-status and availability details submitted for an initial relationship review.
  • Career interest: role interests, location, relevant skills, experience and availability submitted to the Royal Line talent network. The public form does not request a Social Security number, identity document, banking details or medical information.
  • Operational and security information: limited request information processed to deliver the website, validate forms, prevent abuse and enforce rate limits.

Do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords, door or alarm codes, full payment-card numbers, or unrelated sensitive household information through a public inquiry form.

03

How Royal Line uses inquiry information

Royal Line uses inquiry information to:

  • receive, identify and respond to the request;
  • review service area, project fit, scope, availability, trade requirements, access, materials, timing and planning-price assumptions;
  • prepare a conversation, property review, written estimate or other requested next step;
  • coordinate approved work and communicate status when a request becomes an active project;
  • maintain customer-service, consent and business records; and
  • understand which first-party outreach source produced an inquiry; and
  • detect misuse, enforce request limits, troubleshoot the service and protect the website.

A website planning price or automated form result is not a final quote, acceptance decision or contract. Royal Line reviews the actual scope before making a commitment.

04

Service providers and limited sharing

Royal Line does not sell customer inquiry information. Information may be shared only as reasonably needed with:

  • Cloudflare, which provides the website, edge-security and database infrastructure used by the current site;
  • email and telephone providers used to receive and answer your communications;
  • authorized personnel, subcontractors or trade partners when their review is needed for the service you requested, using only the information reasonably necessary for that review or work;
  • a payment processor if you later choose to begin a transaction through a hosted checkout; payment-card details are handled by that processor rather than stored in the public inquiry database; and
  • professional advisers, insurers or public authorities when reasonably necessary for a transaction, dispute, safety issue or legal obligation.

The current public website does not intentionally load third-party advertising pixels, behavioral analytics or social-media tracking scripts. Ordinary infrastructure request records may still be processed by the hosting provider to deliver and protect the site.

06

How long information is kept

Retention target: review inactive inquiries after 24 months from the last interaction.

General-interest career submissions are normally reviewed after 12 months unless the applicant asks to remain in the talent network or the record becomes part of an active hiring process. Records are periodically reviewed rather than automatically deleted on an exact date. Royal Line may keep information longer only when reasonably needed for an active or completed transaction or project, warranty or service history, accounting or tax records, insurance, safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, enforcement of an agreement or another legal need. Information may be deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed.

07

Security and its limits

Royal Line uses measures intended to reduce unauthorized access and misuse, including HTTPS, restricted administrative access, same-origin form checks, bounded form submissions, server-side validation, rate limits and non-public administrative pages.

No website, database, email, telephone or Internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Submit only the information needed for the request, and contact Royal Line before sending unusually sensitive property or household materials.

08

Access, correction and deletion requests

You may ask Royal Line to provide, correct or delete inquiry information associated with you. Send the request from the email address connected to the inquiry when possible, include the inquiry reference if available, and describe what you want Royal Line to review.

Royal Line may need to verify the requester and may retain limited information when it is still needed for a transaction, project, dispute, security record or legal obligation. A deletion request does not require Royal Line to remove records it still reasonably needs to keep.

09

Changes to this notice

Royal Line may update this notice when the website, inquiry process or service providers materially change. The current version and its update date will appear on this page. Materially different marketing or data uses should not be inferred from an older consent.

A request should begin with clarity

Ask before sending information you are unsure about.

Royal Line can tell you what is needed for the first review and what can wait until a secure, project-specific follow-up.
