Trade partner network

Strong work begins with a qualified relationship.

Royal Line is building relationships with established trade businesses and specialty service companies. The public form begins an initial review; it does not approve a company, classify an individual as an independent contractor or promise work.

Potential scopes

Specialized companies. Clearly assigned work.

Potential relationships may include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, framing, carpentry, flooring, painting, drywall, roofing, landscaping, welding, installation, logistics and other project-specific scopes. Regulated work is considered only through the required licensed path.

Initial review areas

Prequalification protects the client and every company on site.

Trade and project fit

Primary scopes, service area, typical project size, crew capacity and schedule are reviewed first.

Credentials

Applicable business, licensing, insurance and workers’ compensation requirements are verified before assignment.

Safety and conduct

Site expectations, training, incident response, customer-property standards and communication must align.

Commercial readiness

References, documentation, written scope, change control, invoicing and payment terms are completed separately.

Two-stage process

Basic information first. Sensitive documents later.
