Before you request.
Will you keep my password?+
No. The customer should enter and retain account credentials. Royal Line documents the physical device scope, not ownership of the account.
Can you install a hardwired video doorbell?+
Only after the existing wiring and local electrical requirements are reviewed; regulated work is assigned to a licensed partner.
Does submitting a request confirm the job?+
No. A request starts review. Service area, crew, insurance, credentials, permits, materials, pricing and timing must be confirmed in writing before acceptance.
