What happens with electrical, plumbing or other regulated work?
Work requiring a licensed trade or permit is separated and accepted only through the proper qualified path. It is not treated as ordinary handyman work.
Is every request automatically accepted?
No. Service area, crew fit, coverage, safety, credentials and job conditions are reviewed before scheduling. Immediate hazards belong with 911, the utility or the appropriate emergency service.
